RPGN Application Terms of Service
These terms apply to the RPGN Games website and online gaming services, including Nebulary, the application name used for our Google sign-in integration.
1. Using our services
By using an RPGN Games service, you agree to these terms and any additional rules displayed by that service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by the service or applicable law. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to your use.
2. Accounts and Google sign-in
Some services require Google sign-in. The Google application may appear as Nebulary. You are responsible for securing your Google account and for activity you authorize through your RPGN Games account. Do not share authentication tokens, impersonate another person, or use an account without permission. Contact rpgn.games.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Google is a separate provider with its own terms and policies. RPGN Games is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google merely because it offers Google sign-in.
3. Fair play and conduct
Use the services lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or exploit other users; submit unlawful or infringing content; distribute malware or spam; cheat or exploit vulnerabilities; interfere with the services; bypass access restrictions; or attempt to access another user’s information. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support.
4. Nicknames and user content
You are responsible for the nicknames, profile information, and other content you submit. Only submit material you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your content and give RPGN Games permission to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the features you choose to use. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. We may remove content or require nickname changes when necessary to enforce service rules, protect users, or comply with law.
5. Our content and your access
RPGN Games and its licensors retain rights in the services, branding, software, and original content. We give you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable permission to use the services for their intended purposes, subject to these terms. This permission does not authorize redistribution, resale, or copying of protected materials except as permitted by law or with permission from the rights holder.
6. Availability and changes
Services may change, experience downtime, or be discontinued. Game progress, content, and account access are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. RPGN Games currently does not process payments. Any future paid offering will require separate pricing and payment terms before a purchase.
7. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion through support. We may restrict or suspend access for violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. Where reasonably practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support about the decision. Urgent protective action may occur without prior notice.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle Google sign-in information, optional profile information, and support correspondence. Review it before using account features.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, RPGN Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the affected service where reasonably practical. Updated terms apply prospectively. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the affected service.
11. Questions or disputes
Please contact rpgn.games.support@gmail.com about service questions, account issues, or disputes so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any rights you have under applicable law.
