RPGN Privacy Policy
This policy explains how RPGN Games handles information when you use our online gaming services, website, and Google sign-in application, Nebulary.
1. Who we are
RPGN Games is a collective of online gaming services. Nebulary is the application name used for our Google sign-in integration. For privacy questions and requests, contact rpgn.games.support@gmail.com.
2. Information we receive
- Google sign-in information. When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides an account identifier that lets the service recognize you. Depending on the permissions requested and granted, Google may also provide your name, profile image, and email address. Services using RPGN accounts can store your Google account identifier and email address to associate your login with an account and support account recovery. We do not receive your Google password.
- Information you provide. You may choose to enter a nickname or other profile information. Individual gaming services may also save account settings, characters, game progress, and content or messages you submit. Services that offer a separate RPGN password or security answer store protected hashes for authentication and recovery. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include.
- Technical information. Hosting and authentication providers may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs as part of delivering and protecting the services.
3. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, associate a sign-in with the appropriate service account, display user-selected profile information, provide the gaming services you request, respond to support requests, support account recovery, and protect the services against abuse. Google account information is used for sign-in and account operation, not advertising. RPGN Games does not run advertising, use advertising or audience analytics, or process payments.
4. Cookies and local storage
Gaming services and sign-in providers may use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain login sessions, remember settings, and support security. This landing page does not set its own cookies or use analytics scripts. Disabling necessary browser storage may prevent sign-in or session features from working.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, abuse-prevention, and email providers as needed to operate the services and support users. Nicknames and profile information may be visible to other users where the service provides public or multiplayer features. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our terms, or address security issues.
Google handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Signing in does not give RPGN Games access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or other unrelated Google content.
6. Storage, retention, and security
Account identifiers and any saved profile information are retained as needed to provide the associated service. Support correspondence and security records are retained as needed to resolve requests, protect the services, and meet legal obligations. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may choose not to sign in, although some features require an account. You can review or revoke the Nebulary application's access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not by itself delete information already held by an RPGN Games service.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, email rpgn.games.support@gmail.com and identify the relevant service and nickname. Do not send your password or authentication tokens. We may need to verify your request. We will respond consistent with applicable law; information may need to be retained for security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.
8. Children’s privacy
These services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes and contact
